As Polícias Civis de Mato Grosso e Goiás cumprem 118 mandados contra uma associação criminosa que atua de maneira especializada com o golpe do falso intermediador ligado à compra e venda de grande quantidade de gado. A Operação Fake Farmer foi deflagrada na manhã desta terça-feira (24).
Segundo informações da Polícia Civil de Mato Grosso, por meio da Delegacia Especializada de Estelionato e Outras Fraudes de Cuiabá, São cumpridos na operação 57 mandados de prisão, 61 de busca e apreensão em diversos municípios de Mato Grosso, além do sequestro judicial de R$ 1,5 milhão e o bloqueio de mais de 830 contas bancárias ligadas aos investigados.
A operação em Mato Grosso é realizada cooperação ao Grupo de Repressão a Estelionatos e Outras Fraudes (GREF), da Polícia Civil de Goiás. Os trabalhos contam ainda com apoio logístico e planejamento da Secretaria Nacional de Segurança Pública do Ministério da Justiça (Senasp/MJ).
Investigações tiveram início em Goiás
As investigações conduzidas pelo Grupo de Repressão a Estelionato e Outras Fraudes, da Delegacia Estadual de Investigação Criminal da Polícia Civil de Goiás iniciaram após a comunicação de um golpe na modalidade falso intermediador de vendas, ligado à compra e venda de grande quantidade de gado.
Após manter contato com vasta lista de corretores de gado, o golpista intermediou a venda, se apresentando ao real proprietário dos animais como devedor do comprador. Ao comprador, o mesmo suspeito disse que havia adquirido o rebanho por meio de uma negociação imobiliária, enganando assim as duas vítimas.
Na negociação, o comprador foi induzido pelo estelionatário a efetuar seis transferências PIX que totalizaram um milhão e meio de reais para criminosos domiciliados em Mato Grosso que, por sua vez, pulverizaram o valor entre outras 52 pessoas envolvendo várias instituições bancárias.

Foi constatado ainda durante as investigações que as ações da associação criminosa envolviam valores elevados e exploravam muita das vezes a precariedade do sinal de internet nas zonas rurais, onde parte da transação é desenvolvida.
O decorrer da investigação contou com a cooperação da Delegacia Especializada de Estelionatos de Cuiabá (DEEF) e de outras unidades da Polícia Civil de Mato Grosso ligadas às Diretorias Metropolitana e de Interior, responsáveis pelos trabalhos de levantamentos dos alvos na Capital e região metropolitana, bem como no interior do estado. Os levantamentos subsidiaram os pedidos de busca e apreensão e prisões cautelares.
O setor agropecuário responde por grande parte da economia da região Centro-Oeste, motivo pelo qual as investigações desta modalidade de crime têm sido intensificadas. Sozinho, Mato Grosso é responsável por mais de 15% do rebanho bovino brasileiro, com mais de 34,4 milhões de cabeças de gado.
